Tenants for each Townhouse are allocated by Management one(1) rental agreement per bedroom. Any method that incurs a cost to the applicant (e.g. application fee or background check fee). Request for information: Applicants can only be asked for specific details such as proof of identity, financial ability to pay rent, documents assessing suitability, and references. They cannot be asked for: Legal actions taken Tenancy disputes Rental bond claim history Breach notices Bank account transaction details Verifying identity: Identity can be verified by presenting original documents or providing copies.
