Our generous 175m2, furnished 4 and 5 bedroom townhouses feature 2 bathrooms, spacious living areas and a lock up garage. Your private bedroom has ample storage, a study area and bed with mattress ready to add your own personal touch. Your spacious shared living areas include a furnished dining area, generous lounge and kitchen. All you need to do is bring your personal belongings, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, bed linen, pillow, towel and your favourite food.

Easy direct access to UniSQ is available through our internal security gate. Heading out and about? A bus stop is conveniently located just beside our entrance or, if you're after a few basics, a convenience shopping centre is right across the road.

An onsite laundry, onsite office and 24/7 security services are also provided. Electricity, gas and water usage are all included and, if you're short on time, we can also arrange a cleaning service for your convenience (fee applies).

Shared (rooming) accommodation is covered under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008.
